These Terms govern your use of the StoryCzech service ("Service") provided by Alexis Perez Diaz ("we", "us", "seller"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
StoryCzech helps users learn Czech through AI-generated stories, flashcards and vocabulary tools. Features may evolve over time.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and — if using the Service on behalf of an organisation — have authority to bind that organisation.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service generates language content using AI. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying accuracy, and for having rights to any content you input. Outputs may be inaccurate and are for language-learning purposes only — they are not professional advice. We prohibit prompts intended to produce illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, or attempts to jailbreak safety measures. We may filter, refuse or remove content and may suspend accounts for repeated infringement or misuse.
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable window before deletion.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
