This Refund Policy applies to purchases of StoryCzech Premium, provided by Alexis Perez Diaz.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your StoryCzech Premium purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and use the order details from your receipt email, or
Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help arrange it with Paddle.

After the 30 days

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period remains active until it ends.
